Golf Courses in Cape May

Cape May features unique places to play a round of golf during your vacation.

The Cape May National Golf Club, nicknamed ‘The Natural’ for its location and design, is surrounded by a 50-acre bird sanctuary and was built to have the least amount of environmental impact while still delivering a challenge to its players. The course was voted ‘Best of Shore’ by Atlantic City Magazine and one of the Top 50 Places to Play in America by Golf Digest for Women.

A less demanding course is the Cape May Par 3 Golf Course, an interesting 18-hole round. This course is more fun than challenging and offers a great rate, but pros are sure to find plenty of opportunities to practice their short game and accurate shots.

If you’d like to play as much Cape May golf as possible during your stay, Stone Harbor Golf Club is just a short drive away from our b&b. The course has an unusual twist: each of its 18 holes represents a figure or event in Greek mythology and was designed to provide a different overall game rhythm.

  • The accommodations were fabulous, including beach chairs and towels, wonderful porches with rocking chairs, comfortable outside seating, proximity to the beach and town, and the delicious breakfasts. We are first time visitors of Cape May and during our five night stay it felt like you were staying at a home. The next time we go back to Cape May, we would only consider staying at The Bedford Inn and highly recommend to other visitors.
